I've been having my taxes done here for about 4 years now. The first 2 years went well. Stock sales, house sales, some complicated stuff. Apart from the stress of doing taxes, I was able to get everything finished easily. Then my tax person moved and I got switched to Michael. Que the lack of communication, doing the bare minimum, and the SECOND year of trying to get my taxes done on time. With paying over $1000 to have my taxes done, I would expect more professionalism. I've called Linda's 5 times over the past 6 weeks. Spoke to his assistant, the office staff etc. "We'll have him call you back. " "Looks like we have everything". Definitely time to find a new place, because this one's customer service value has obviously gone downhill. ..Update- 3 more months later and no updates, no...

Took time to listen and help an elderly guy file his tax extension.
They are not on top of their tax stuff and make me late for my quarterly taxes because they let the information given to them just sit, then I get charges extra fees.
