He wasn't trying to rush me out and assured me he could help me out. He was more than fair with the initial retainer, and overall price. His assistant was extremely diligent and proactive, definitely made things happen. Most importantly Mark wouldn't take no for an answer from Wells Fargo and their Attorneys; considering they didn't want to work with me on a home loan modification. After a year of them making things difficult and denying me, he eventually persuaded them to do the right thing and modify another bad mortgage. Thanks to Mr. Cherry and his team I can stay in the house I love near my family and friends and move forward in life....
