He is great about working around our schedule and has an eagle eye on every single deduction that we could possibly get. He also takes the time to explain in a way we can understand why the amounts we get back vary from year to year – We got $11,000 back two years ago and only $6,000 back this year and he was very good about explaining all the new laws that affected our return.
