When you reach out to me early in the criminal process — either during an active investigation or after you've been arrested, you increase the likelihood of a positive result in your case. Sometimes, if charges have not yet been filed, I can attempt to convince the prosecutor to drop the case. Even if you have already been charged, early intervention gives me the opportunity to negotiate with the State's Attorney's office in an attempt to reach a favorable plea deal to avoid severe penalties. If a reasonable resolution cannot be worked out, I will not hesitate to take your case to trial and present a strong defense before a judge or jury of your peers.
