Nathan was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawaii and is a proud graduate of Hilo High School, class of 1992. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of San Diego, he obtained his law degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2003 where he served as a member of Law Review. After passing the Hawaii Bar Exam in 2003 he clerked for the Honorable Michael A. Town (retired) at First Circuit Court, followed by more than five years at the State Office of the Public Defender where he gained extensive jury trial experience. Nathan then progressed to being an associate at Bickerton Lee Dang & Sullivan starting in 2011 where he continued a family tradition and passion: representing personal injury victims.
