- The process for leaving your documents at the office would be that you put all of the documents inside an envelope with your name and phone number. Within the documents you bring, please include this year's checklist which will be included in the yearly letter you receive from us every January. Nonetheless, please include the total amount of the third Economic Payment amount and also if you qualified for the Advanced Child Tax Credit payment that amount as well. By having provided us with this information it will ensure a quick process. If we are not in the office when you drop off the documents, please leave them in the mail slot, at the door, and we will call to confirm that the documents were received.
