Through a series of ” perfect storm ” financial misfortunes which included losing my job ,not being able find work for 18 months and helping a disabled sister I'd built a hug dept with the IRS . I was extremely fortunate to find Rachelle Reynolds at OIC-TAX Services . Rachelle quickly and efficiently took charge and organized all the paper work necessary , brought each years tax returns up to date and calmly and professionally walked me through the process and filed an Offer in Compromise But this was not finished by any means . While my OIC was being reviewed by the IRS I encountered additional problems with my income at times sporadic , then cut in half -and then delays in payment still continued -making it hard to not just make ends meet -but also to be able to pay any OIC...
