I called Orange County Employment Law Firm because I had some questions about my business, not necessarily because I was ready to bring a lawsuit. I spoke with Tim Cojocnean and he explained to me that his firm exclusively represents employees in suits against their employers. Even so, he was still willing to talk to me about the issues that I was experiencing and pointed me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable about employment and very polite over the phone. If I needed to sue my employer, I would definitely call him back.

Tim took on my case when three other law firms turn my case down It was a pleasure working with Tim Correy, Kevin a little challenging at times but they put up with me I certainly appreciate all their patients They were able to get me A six-figure settlement ..
The timing of the EDD ruling was bad, as it appeared to disqualify us from the SBA loans that could help us survive the shelter-in-place shutdown (which has also caused our private contributions to drop to $0 for the time being).
She found that the office manager Kevin and attorney Tim were helpful and patient.
FYI you have to first actually be fired before having a case if using these guys.
I talked to Timothy on a call to get help on some employment issues and he spent almost half hour with me on the call and gave me so many good guidelines without rushing it.
I can't say enough about Tim, he does what he says and shoots straight from the him.
