Occasionally, I would review the bill myself - but the processing company had been sneaking in unnecessary fees over the years and increasing the rates.
Credit card fees have been driving me nuts and even though I do not understand how they go about creating all the charges that they do, I do completely understand that they take several percents of what could be our profit just for the privilege of running our patients credit cards through the processor.
