Mike Ponticelli was a very supportive attorney through an extremely difficult and emotional legal settlement against an employer. The former employer was vicious and unreasonable. Mike is cool-headed and thoughtful. He was able to give me a frank assessment of my position and navigate an acceptable settlement--even letting me know when he felt there was more room to negotiate. I greatly appreciated his supportive and kind demeanor in all out interactions. I also greatly appreciated his willingness to take my case on contingency. Notably, he does not promise justice which is realistic since some wrongs can never be made right. Mike is an honest and ethical attorney.
