Words can't explain how incredible this team is. Susan and Alicia are sooo efficient, responsive, no BS women ever! Whenever the ball was in my court, they would make sure to follow up with me. They don't get paid unless we win and GM pays them. They didn't bug me whatsoever, they handled everything, all i needed was to get basic paperwork. I can't recommend them enough, I'm the second in my family to use them for a lemon car and they won both cases. I wish i would've gone to them sooner. So professional as well.
