I found Mr Dye to be a very thoughtful man with the ability to talk with you on your level of knowledge of the law,after our first visit I felt very comfortable and confident that Mr Dye would represent me to the best of his ability and he proved to do so. I had cosigned a commercial lease that should have expired 5 years after the signing, After 5 years I was not with the company any longer. The owner signed a new lease and then went out of business a few years later. I was named in the law suit for the remainder of the lease owed. Mr Dye researched the law and found many examples of previous law that would have me dismissed from the law suit. His arguement proved very successful and I was dismissed from the law suit.
