When I decided to work with Ben and his team it was incredibly reassuring. Listen, they care. They're patient as hell and have no problem explaining things step by step, what options there are and setting realistic expectations. I never once felt like my case was 'just a case' to them or that I was annoying to them with my never ending questions. Ben took the time to understand myself and the situation and handled it accordingly and personally. I will never be able to thank them enough for working with me. If you're looking for an actual person to work with and not just someone doing their job please reach out to this firm. This short review doesn't come close to matching the praise I want to give them but it's a start and hopefully reassurance for others considering working with them.
