Kyle is an excellent attorney. He provides very good and appropriate counsel. One of the things I appreciate the most about him is that he is careful not to over promise and under deliver. He manages expectations well. He absolutely does not create false hopes or make predictions about things that are uncertain. If he were to make predictions I think he would be correct a vast majority of the time though. He understands the law and how things roll out in court. He is especially wise when it comes to what information matters to the court and how it should be presented.
