Great communication & transparency. We've used their tax services the past several years, even after we moved out of state and had multiple state returns & some complex situations. I love that they are on-the-ball with their communication (we prefer email), thorough with their questions, help us understand things, and my favorite- keep a (secure) online document vault and can access signature/form-signing from anywhere.
