I've been using them for 2 years to help file my personal income tax (federal, DC, MD, and VA) and I've always been impressed at how efficient they are.
I have used Menghs for past 5 years or so to file my DC tax return after doing my main taxes with turbo tax since I do not live in DC and he has been responsive and knowledeable with all of the questions and concerns I have had so far and this is not a bot.
Menghs was a pleasure to work with, he was responsive, accessible, informative and provided an overall excellent customer experience.
Since I have spread the word about how efficient, professional and friendly and not to mention reasonably priced.
If I like to get something from 5 years, they will provide the info right away.
