Unfortunately, the changes and responsibilities that come with aging can be difficult for both elders and their families. As we age, we must be aware of many types of risks—both medically and financially.

Sentiment Analysis
Everyone was very informative, compassionate and worked with my family well to ensure that we had exactly what we need.
Seminar was so incredibly helpful, I really learned so much for myself, parents, and grandparents!
His firm is the first one I recommend for Elder Law needs in Martin or St Lucie County (and beyond).
I like that they are very involved and committed to the community in which they serve.
I have had the privilege of working with attorney Wes Harvin and Community Outreach Representative, Tori Hilton!
Would highly recommend this firm for you trust documents
My initial visit with Attorney Harvin was to discuss my options as they related to “Medicaid Asset Protection Trust” which may potentially be established to protect assets from being spent down on long term care in a nursing home.
As a full fledge financial advisor I can count on Wes to give my clients the attention and advice needed to secure their retirements and their legacies all while supporting your family's future generations.
My husband and I met with Attorney Wesley Harvin at the Estate, Trust & Elder Law firm for advice regarding trusts, power of attorney, etc.
Well from the first moment that I called up I was greeted by a friendly voice, I went in and saw Renee and she was wonderful and so was the receptionist when I went back to meet attorney Wesley Harvin he was wonderful kind polite caring friendly and even generous as to have given me a discount because I'm a disabled veteran which I find to be very profoundly kind and generous both, I think I met a girl named Ashley who said that Darrah is going to be my paralegal, when I'm trying to say is this has been a very positive experience and I feel comfortable because my estate is very important to me that my possessions being trusted to the proper person my daughter at the time of my demise and so far I'm so very happy with my attorney and his office staff I just want to say thank you very much
