The People's Counsel - Clayton Office
Charges were brought up against a man who was visiting St. Louis from out of town for business. Police arrested the man for possession of marijuana. Police then illegally searched the man's hotel room coming across felony drugs. The police officer's testimony failed to establish probable cause. St. Louis Criminal Defense Attorney Charles L. Barberio of People's Counsel stated, “It was the legal equivalent of a first-round knockout. ”

Can’t thank and recommend them enough!
Charles was extremely helpful in helping my daughter reinstate her license.
I would definitely recommend him & The People’s Counsel
Only way we found out that the Lawyer didn't work for the company is when I called from my new phone and number (that's when the lawyer finally answered the phone and after weeks had spoken to me).
This is the best law firm I've had the privilege to have as my council.
This firm has great communication, and they were very informative and helpful throughout the entire process.
