If a counter-offer is made or mediation is proposed, we will relay it back to you and get input from you to determine our next move. Typically, we will spend some time negotiating back and forth with the at-fault party or insurance company to get you the largest compensation possible. We will keep you in the loop during this whole process and won't settle the case unless you are 100% onboard.
