I kept getting past the office seemingly to the new guy each time at one point the owner of the law firm I believe his name is Bruce tough handled my case personally and like everyone else who had handled my case he kind of dropped the ball multiple times, and the bills I kept receiving were for the new attorney, who took over, redoing the work that was done by the last guy and the guy before him.
We had hired Tough Law Firm for the 2 automobile accidents we had over the past couple of years.
I worked closely with Daniel Armentor, he was great at communicating with me, explaining the process and making sure I understood what was going on & my needs/concerns were met.
I so VERY much appreciate Bruce and his wonderful team.
At first I was a little concerned that Bruce was not apart of that meeting but after the meeting was over I knew why he felt he did not need to be there.
Very helpful & straightforward, staff gave clear answers & information about how they can help.
