Our real estate attorney, Dale Hauser from Urban & Burt was very professional and on-the-ball with every bit of our real estate sale. We always heard from him before our realtor regarding any updates. If it weren't for Dale, I'm afraid things would have gone very badly. At closing, Dale Hauser came through for us as the realtor didn't even bother to show up or even call to give instructions/directions on their part of the closing process. Our attorney had to call them and their response was to just put the check in the mail. If we could have chosen who received the commission from the sale of our house, it would have gone to our real estate attorney as he did all of the work. I went to Urban&Burt for a simple consultation(free)about a case that’s out-of-state and Edmund Urban patiently and thoroughly answered all of my questions.
Cohen-Mc Gregor handled my case and were very friendly and professional.
Most recently, Leslie Cohen and Ed Urban took on a case where I was reserved in thinking victory would ensue, but it not only resulted in victory, it was victorious over the largest general purpose government in my state.
But I don’t feel she and her team have dragged their feet in any way nor do I feel they mishandled anything.
