While we help with the succession planning for our clients with family owned businesses, we also practice our own succession planning. The firm has been in existence since 1951 and as a result, we are currently representing the children and grandchildren of some of the firm's original clients. By having qualified attorneys of differing ages, we can assure our clients that the firm will not only help them with their estate planning but when the time comes, will help their children and grandchildren with the administration of their estates and trusts, even if our clients' original attorney is no longer in practice.
