William Weiss, best known as Bill, was born in Pasadena, California. He grew up in Pomona with his parents and 2 younger brothers. He graduated from high school at the age of 16 then attended Mt. San Antonio College, where he completed his Associate in Arts degree. After community college he went to the Cal Poly Pomona where he completed his bachelor's degree of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. After college he worked ten years in public accounting at a local Firm and became a CPA in California in January, 1984. Eventually he moved to Williams AZ and worked for the Grand Canyon Railway, as well as running his own tax practice on the side. As he was working for the railway he moved to Flagstaff and ended up meeting his future wife in a church singles'...
