I had an issue where I was unable to log on and print out a copy of my paperless paycheck stub and the staff at WTA went out of their way to assist me actually calling me personally leaving messages to make sure that I was taking care of.
I have had a couple of times I had to terminate a employee and they will even handle that for you along with the exit interview.
Sometimes we send our paperwork in late, like last minute,, but for her is not a big deal.
