Clear as mud so far, right!nBut that is only part of it because if all that is not done right, these liens start showing up from the CRC and the BCRC, and as if that wasn’t enough, you might have several MAP’s to run down as well as the MPDP’s, and if you don’t get all that right, you might get to experience thrill of dealing with the US DOJ or even the US Department of Treasury (for which no acronym is adequate).nSo to fix some of the problems, you might need a WCMSA or a LMSA, but to do those right, there is no substitute for knowing the USC, CFR’s, Memos, MSP Manual, WCMSA Guide and it goes on and on! nSo this gives a glimpse of the problem of trying to navigate the MSP world.
