Surveillance is billed on an hourly basis plus a mileage charge. Rates are dependent on where the surveillance will take place. As a general rule, in remote areas, the rates are a bit higher. Before the case is started, a strategy is established depending on the circumstances and your needs. Once this plan is in place a budget can be established. Evidence collected during a surveillance operation consists of, but is not limited to, videotaped activities and a detailed, written surveillance report which describes, in great detail, everything observed by the Private Investigator during the surveillance operation. Both are submitted to you, along with any and all other evidence collected by the Private Investigator during the surveillance operation. However, upon request, we will archive the evidence collected by the Private Investigator during the surveillance operation at our secured location and maintain them for you, making them available to you at your discretion. However, additional forms of media are available upon request (such as, via usb flash drive in the file format most convenient to you).
