FAQs
What if I need services outside the scope of the schedule?
Our hourly rate may apply depending on the situation. We endeavour to cover all accounting and bookkeeping in our original quote, however there are times when the client requires out of scope work.
How much does it cost?
Our base minimum rate starts at $400 per month for after the period end bookkeeping and $750 for full charge bookkeeping. The frequency of the services performed, the level of activity and the complexity of the account increases the base price. Clean up jobs may be quoted at a flat or hourly rate.
What apps, software platforms do we work with?
We conform to any platform; these are a few of the popular ones that we regularly use. QBO, TSheets, Bill.com, Divvy, Expensify, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, ADP, Gusto, ISolved, TriNet, Microsoft Suite including Teams, Zoom, Adobe.
Will you file my payroll taxes?
These days most of the Payroll Software files for you which is extremely cost effective, however, if you use a software that does not do this we will file for you, be aware we will always enter payroll and reconcile the books to the payroll reports.
When will my payments be due?
If you are a monthly recurring client, payment is due on the 1st of every month. If you have a special clean-up project, a retainer is due to begin work and is generally charged on an hourly basis.
