Join us for a financial field trip where the financial industry will be our classroom. Students will board Diapers 2 Deposits bus and before exiting the bus for our first stop, students will decide if they are first-time home buyers or investors. While enroute to our first stop, students will begin their first lesson regarding big banks, credit unions, credit, and home ownership. We will visit a credit union to simulate students applying for credit. Once leaving the credit union, we will have our mock approval letter for a home purchase. With our home approval letter from the bank, students will present their letter to a realtor, and our realtor will take us to view homes for sale. STOPS: Visit to the Credit Union: Students will visit the credit union, where they are introduced to the concept of financial institutions and the services offered. Interactive sessions allowed students to understand and simulate a preapproval process. Realtor's Office Exploration: At the realtor's office, students will gain insight into the real estate market and the process of buying and selling properties. Engaging discussions highlighted key factors to consider when investing in real estate and the significance of location, market trends, and property values. We are fully staffed with a 1:5 instructor/student. Fully insured and trained. This program will be recorded for promotional purposes. You can choose not to have your child's face disclosed.
