Today, I have one client who came to our office who wanted to Notarize a document, he told me he has a valid US ID, and he is a US, Citizen, I told him I do not want to know about your passport, just want to see a US Valid Id. I told him show me an id have: Your current photo, address, issuance and expiration date of the id and carry your signature, Suddenly, the guy shows me an Old Foreign Passport, upon this, I told him you said early you are a Citizen and now you are showing a foreign Passport. This made me feel specious about your identification, this made me assume that the guy has 2 identity as he said he hold a US Citizenship, but he wants to submit a foreign Passport for the purpose of Notarization his signature. Unfortunately, the guy said I am a racist as I refused to Notarize his Signature based on the conflicting stories about his identification statement.
