The Company is targeting growth, both organically and via acquisitions, and looking to hire the right talent to expand nationwide.nnJOB BRIEF:nnWe are looking for a skilled “Insurance Carrier Relationship Manager” to create a repeatable efficient process for on-boarding carrier sand to maintain and enhance business relationships with them in the states we currently operate in. An excellent and skilled “Insurance Carrier Relationship Manager” must be an organized, reliable and results-driven professional, with excellent networking skills. nnResponsibilities:nn• Create a repeatable efficient process for on-boarding carriers. n• Serve as the main point of contact with each insurance carrier, we onboard.n• Maintaining relationship with insurance carrier for establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base and for timely settlement of insurance claims of clients.n• Follow-up insurance carrier for the pending insurance claims to achieve customers’ satisfaction.n• Strengthen knowledge of the market and assist with pricing & negotiation as needed.n• Develop strategies for addressing the insurance carriers.n• Maintain strategic plan and growth strategy for insurance product distribution.n• Communicating carrier development activities regularly to executive leadership.n• Negotiate contract terms with insurance carrier panel members, including compensationn• Communicate on-boarding expectations internally and externally while providing oversight of carrier on-boarding activities.nnRequirements/Skills:nn• A bachelor’s degree in business management or a closely related field. n• + 3 years’ experience working in the insurance industry.n• Intuitive to customers’ needs.n• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.n• Strategic thinker and ability to analyze and solve problems quickly.n• Ability to work well with others and lead a team.n• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.n• A customer-oriented attitude.n• Problem-solving aptitude.n• Attentive to detail and organized.n• A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.nnSalary:nnMarket Competitive salary will be offered.
