My client was being sued for $3 million after her two mini Australian Shepherds escaped from her yard and encountered the Plaintiff walking his dog on a leash. The Plaintiff ended up falling and breaking his hip, requiring a partial hip replacement. It only took the jury about 35 minutes to return a verdict finding my client was not negligent.
