My name is Jean R Exilus, and I was born in Haiti in 1975.  I am a United States citizen, a licensed notary, and an accountant. 2. I make this statement to support the motion to reopen of my cousin, Anson Datilus. 3. In addition to being Anson’s cousin, I also work as his accountant. I help him file tax returns every year. 4. I always keep a copy of Anson’s tax returns. When Anson told me he would be seeking immigration relief and needed to submit copies of his taxes, I spoke with his lawyer at the time, Mr. Charles Dawkins. 5. I told Mr. Dawkins that I could provide him with copies of Anson’s tax returns that he could submit to the court. But Mr. Dawkins never followed up with me, so I assumed something changed and Anson no longer needed to give the court copies of his tax returns. 6. After Anson was ordered removed, I spoke with his new lawyer, Anna Byers at the American Friends Service Committee, and I gave her copies of Anson’s tax returns. 7. I also gave Anna documents that I obtained from Anson’s family friend, Kerlyne Mars.
