Before you become a e: countable client, we will meet with you to discuss your needs and determine if our service offerings would be a good solution for your organization. Based on your needs, we will draft a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that details the services to be provided, frequency, and our fixed monthly fee. Your e: countable team will include multiple qualified accountants depending on your level of service: your primary accountant will complete recurring monthly work and be your primary point of contact for routine correspondence. A controller will supervise and review the accountants work as well as assist with technical questions.

Only you and e: countable staff members (W-2 employees) will have access to your financial records. Additional access can be provided if authorized by you. e: countable does not outsource to independent or offshore bookkeepers or accountants.

We will work closely with you during the first couple of months to ensure a smooth transition to our platform. During the onboarding process, we will transition the responsibilities outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA) to our team of accounting professionals. One on one training will be provided to familiarize you with the process for accessing your financial data and approving invoices for payment (if bill pay services are included in the SLA). The timing for daily, monthly and quarterly processes will be coordinated.
