Can I add onto the Foundational Bookkeeping package?
The Foundational Bookkeeping package is just that, foundational, we expect that our clients will add on, and customize services to meet their needs. One of the ways we approach this, is to offer accrual basis accounting. Just tell us what it is you need, and we can add on anything from bill payment to detailed profitability spreadsheets. If you require additional services beyond than the Foundational, we encourage you to seek out a consultation with Christina.
What qualifications does your team have?
Numinous Bookkeeping employs and is partnered with some of the top industry professionals. Our trusted partners are CPAs or Certified PRO-Advisors. We have positioned ourselves to be well connected to a very large network of financial professionals, legal minds, and industry resources, which allow us to find solutions fast and give our clients powerful tools.
What happens after I sign up for the Foundational Bookkeeping package?
We will be reaching out to you for a meeting to begin the on-boarding process. We will formalize the relationship by putting forward our request for access to necessary financial information and help resolve any pressing obstacles.
Is a contract required?
No contract is required! We know our clients love our bookkeeping services, we have not seen the need to lock people into a contract. That said, because there is no contract, we are not offering partial refunds.
Is an engagement letter required?
Yes! We will be using terms of service that will act as your engagement letter, it will be sent to you through our client management portal, and when you are satisfied to ACCEPT these terms, the royal treatment begins!
