Can I afford an attorney?

Yes, The Linebaugh Law Firm offers the contingent-fee representation. This allows injured people and working families to retain quality legal help without any advance payment. The attorney fee is paid at the end of the case out of the settlement recovery. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

Can I still get the medical care I need?

Yes, some doctors will allow you a line of credit. This is much like the old-fashioned country doctor, who puts it on your tab. The doctor is more interested in helping people than receiving payment. Other times, stop-gap health insurance may be a possibility. Our attorneys can help you decide your best option. In either case, you will begin getting the medical care you need; however, the medical bills will have to be repaid when your case settles.

Should I give a statement to the insurance company?

What does it mean to be board-certified in personal injury trial law?

To earn board certification, an attorney must have tried at least 10 cases to verdict, practice law at least for five years, pass a written examination demonstrating his knowledge in the specialty area, and receive references from fellow practitioners and judges. Mr. Linebaugh has been certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 1990.

Should I wait before I hire an attorney?
