When I first met with Susan she seemed very understanding and did not push me into anything I did not want to do. I left the first meeting feeling a little better about a bad situation. When I hired her she was not pushy about what to do or how to do it. Because I was still hoping for a different outcome, Susan and her staff were very understanding even when I did not take their advice. They still guided my through a very hard time. Thank you!
