He and his team were very professional, responded quickly to all of my questions, and ensured that I knew what was going on through the process. His knowledge of real estate showed distinctly when working with the solar company (the home has leased solar panels) - he was able to negotiate the removal of a lien on the property to ensure that our lender was given first lien priority.
