First thing we noticed is that they change appointments often, second one of the attorneys had COVID and was home recovering even tho the attorney we finally met said she was negative for COVID not a good look for customers who are immune compromised or have COPD, third thing when we get to the office the front door was locked and had to call for someone to open it guess they are afraid of gun nuts, and fourth wanting to charge for 2 or 3 hours at $345 an hour to amend 2 people out of a Will which my Mom said is much.
Suzanne was very thorough in setting up our wills and health-care directives and very pleasant to work with.
She walked me through everything step by step and was always there for a quick call or email when I wasn't sure how to handle something.
I have worked with other attorneys in the past with estate planning, however, My Leah was the best with understanding my concerns and creating a legal document that reflects my wishes.
