They kept me up to date with everything all of the time I never felt neglected they have a great way of interacting with their clients both through verbal, written communication as well as a unique portal software program designed to work with keeping themselves & clients organized with all of the paperwork & photos that are involved in a given case.
I went into my case knowing it would be a hard case to have come out into my favor, and that was also a set out at the beginning, before any paperwork was even signed, over the phone, and I was very clear on that fact.
