David practices all aspects of civil litigation with a specialized focus on personal injury cases. For almost five years, he was in-house counsel for a large insurance carrier where he learned how the defense attorneys attack and evaluate claims. After years of working as an associate for some of San Diego's finest trial attorneys, he decided to join Loeffler Law. David was voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates which requires an attorney have conducted a certain number of jury trials and meet civility standards. He works hard to resolve his clients' cases but has the trial experience to take on the defense when necessary.
