I started my business because I didn't feel that I was getting paid my true worth at my job. The feeling of worthlessness was making me upset, depressed and unmotivated. I didn't even feel that the earning potential was there. It felt as though no matter how hard I worked I was never going to get paid what I'm truly worth. Somehow, I thought that starting a business would magically make everything better right away but I was deluded. What I didn't have at the time but needed was a plan to create a business that paid me, and paid me well!
