As soon as I explained my case to Dave, everything was easy and flawless from there on.
Reinherz with thoughts of having to file a chapter 13 to save my car, because the loan company was being unfair and didn’t want to accept my two and a half payments that I fell behind on, only because I spoke my mind.
He also didn't try to sway me towards pursuing more legal action like I felt the other firms did (which would be more $$$ for them, right?).
