Let me just start by saying I don’t usually write reviews but do read them before buying .
Jones’ adept knowledge and understanding of the labor laws led to a dramatically expedited and successful end to a case that, from all indications, was destined to be lengthy, contentious, and forced into a court trial by the other side.
However, at Santiago & Jones, both Attorney Vo and Attorney Jones were always readily available to discuss my case, if they were still working on things - they always made sure to inform me of that and if they were unpleased with things that were unfolding - they made sure to have a new strategy to share with me.
I became a client of Santiago & Jones a few years back after many, many other "high profile" firms passed on my case because it was against a "BIG Fish," they would not even listen to information/data I had in my favor.
The consummate professional that is great at navigating and simplifying the complex legal issues that I simply don't understand.
He was always prompt with answering all of my questions and he made himself available during times that most would consider after hours.
