I found myself in a ridiculously stupid situation. I was accused of an assault and battery because I touched another person's arm. It was so petty that I thought I could handle it without a lawyer. At my husband's insistence, I googled for attorney's near me. As fate would have it Michael J. Smith was the first listing. I called him and I explained my situation. Mr. Smith understood exactly what conspired without seeing the incident video. I knew I was in the right hands. Him and his associate, Taylor, were so compassionate and professional. I was definitely blessed having them represent me. They made me feel like I was their only client. I was ecstatic with the results-no orange jumpsuit for me!
