It is possible to stop a foreclosure, but there are certain qulifications you must meet. In the state of Tennessee, you can stop a foreclosure proceeding by filing a Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

Can I stop garnishment?

Yes. The Law Office of Galen Pierce can help you stop wage garnishment (except child support). Once you file for either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, under what is called Automatic Stay, all creditors must leave you alone. This incudes phone calls, letters or lawsuits.
