Sentiment Analysis
Colby Le Velle made the process easy with his calm demeanor and taking the time to answer all questions and thoroughly explain the forms.
On a more serious note, while I understand the importance of wills & trusts, even for me it was confusing because there were a lot of rules, I couldn't separate the things I recall in case law from school to reality, and each state has its own special sets of rules, it just was a bit overwhelming
Colby walked me through and ease any fear I had about filing and I am glad I did.
I was anxious and did not know what to expect, but Colby's calm and comforting demeanor helped pave the way for a smooth filing.
They were all very helpful in explaining everything and supportive during every step.
I know they offer other services than bankruptcy and I have no doubt it would be handled with the upmost importance and high level of service that I received.
My situation was very complicated (close to $500,000 in debts and just lost a lawsuit for the judgement mentioned above), he gave me the advice that I should file for BK Chapter 7 than a Chapter 13 because with a 13 I would be owing around 120K or more during the next 5 years because of my current salary, so I filed a Chapter 7.
In the end, I was able to resolve my situation and felt like Colby and his office treated me with respect and cared about my needs the whole time.
I haven't had to acquire many lawyers in my life but I would imagine that finding one that is compassionate, caring and also actively engaged in their profession isn't easy to find.
