Michael Kavanaugh was one of three or four attorneys I contacted when my wife and I needed to update our wills and trusts. I chose Mr. Kavanaugh based on some preliminary discussions with him even though he did not give me the lowest fee estimate. He was also not the most expensive. He was in the middle of the estimates I received. Mr. Kavanaugh and his assistant worked very hard on our trusts/wills which required some creativity on his part. Time was also important to us since my wife and I were headed out of town for an extended period. I had late night discussions with Mr. Kavanaugh as he tried his best to complete our trusts/wills on time. We really appreciated the extra effort and we are very pleased with the resulting documents.
