Matthew Quetsch did a great job on a civil matter and the whole office was super nice.
Daniel Beckett was professional, punctual, and excellent in providing legal counsel.
The seller's attorney, however, decided to make the matter way more difficult than it needed to be by insisting on multiple sets of changes that were non-substantive, attempting to make fundamental changes to the nature of the deal and asking for irrelevant exhibits (then telling his client, our then business partner, that we had asked for them).
