What is outsourcing?

Outsourcing is the business practice of hiring a third-party provider to perform non-core services traditionally performed in-house. It is a cost-cutting and time saving way for companies to get needed support services from industry specialists.

How does virtual accounting work?

We operate similar to an internal accounting department except from our office. We create a remote work environment either using your current software or ours. We bring efficiencies, savings, and quality.

Will I be locked into a long-term commitment?

We do not require any long-term commitments. A proper transition off of an accounting plan typically takes 30 to 60 days depending on the size and complexity of your business.

How do you bill and are there any up-front costs to get started?

Accounting plan fees are fixed and billed 30-days in arrears. If professional time is required to bring your accounting records current in order to get started, we will work with you to come to a mutually agreeable fee that will included on your first bill.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Yes. You can try out our accounting plans completely risk free for the first 30-days of service. Any professional time required to bring accounting records current will be billed separately.
